What is coaching?

Coaching is a all about empowering the coachee. It is a technique that helps you raise awareness around what it is that holds you back or is in your way.  The aim is to improve your performance through very clear and manageable actionable steps. A coach supports your journey, helping you stay accountable and as a result achieving your outcome through your own objectives.

How can I guarantee I will achieve my outcome?

Coaching is all about bringing the best out in you, but it is you, your attitude and your willingness to grow is key.  But we all know, sometimes that isn't enough. I will help you get to where you need to be faster than you would do it on your own.  This can open up promotional opportunities, bonuses achieved and all with less overwhelm. I can't guarantee your success as, like a professional footballer or top athlete, it comes from within.  A coach keeps them focused and on purpose.  Just as I will with you.

How will I know if it is the right intervention for me?

It is important we have an initial clarity call.  This is an opportunity to discuss your challenges and for me to get to know a little bit about how much you are looking for change and improvement within your management role.  It is also a platform for you to see if you can work with me. We will discuss how our sessions will work and how I will support you to be the inspirational, happy leader you aim to be. 

What sets you apart from other coaches?

There are lots of great coaches out there.  I'm in no position to compare myself with them. What I would advise, when it comes to choosing the person who is going to give you what you need, is to have an initial conversation.  You will know if you have the right rapport.
