Vision and Value Statement
My approach is to empower managers to have clarity and lead to inspire by giving them the dedicated space they need to grow as individuals.
For me authenticity is about being kind to yourself, unapologetically being you. If you screw up, then own it and learn from it.
Also as a leader creating that safe environment that others can be this way too with the intention that positive morals factor into this value.
Recognising we are all human and how we were yesterday compared today and how we will be tomorrow may be very different.
A need for understanding others without affecting your boundaries.
Reflecting on the learnings from your past with a clear vision of what you want from your future. Without a clear objective, whether that be financial, standards, culture, it's important as a leader to have a vision you and your team are onboard with.
